1 pkg (175 g) Smoked Cooked ham, thinly sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks with juice
3/4 cup water
1-1/2 cups instant white rice

Step 1
STIR-FRY ham, onion and broccoli in 2 Tbsp (30 mL) dressing for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2
STIR in remaining dressing, pineapple chunks with juice, water and rice.
Step 3
COVER and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
