1/4 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup cooked instant white rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
30 g shaved deli ham
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 Ritz Crackers, crushed

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix cream cheese product, rice and spinach until well blended. Top chicken breasts evenly with the ham and rice mixture; roll up, starting at one of the short ends. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 2
Dip in egg, then in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast. Place in greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Step 3
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F). Remove and discard toothpicks before serving.
