3 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 lb. (115 g) smoked ham, chopped
1 cup frozen baby peas
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add ham, peas and pasta sauce; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add pasta sauce mixture and parsley; mix lightly.
