1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) beef mini quick roast (sirloin tip)
6 shallots, cut into thin wedges
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 to 5 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer to plate; set aside.
Step 3
Add shallots and water to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until shallots are softened. Return meat to skillet. Transfer to oven.
Step 4
Bake 45 to 55 min. or until meat is done (155ºF), stirring shallots after 30 min.
Step 5
Transfer meat to cutting board; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min.
Step 6
Meanwhile, place skillet on medium-high heat. Add broth and dressing. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with sauce.
