1 whole chicken (3-1/2 lb./1.6 kg)
1 head garlic, halved horizontally
2 sprigs fresh tarragon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Kraft Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing

How do I make it ?
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towel. Place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Rub chicken with one half of garlic. Place both garlic halves and tarragon in cavity.
Squeeze juice from lemon half; mix with honey and dressing. Place the squeezed lemon half inside the cavity of the chicken. Tie legs together with string.
Bake chicken 1 hour 30 min. or until cooked through (185ºF). Brush chicken with dressing mixture during the last 20 min. Discard garlic halves, lemon, and tarragon. Let chicken stand 10 min. before serving.

How to Make Crispy Skin
To maximize the crispiness of the chicken skin, place chicken in fridge uncovered overnight to dry it.
