1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 whole roasting chicken (3-1/2 lb./1.6 kg)
6 fresh sage leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
3 large onions (1 lb./450 g), each cut into 8 wedges
2 Cortland apples, cut crosswise in half
1 large lemon, cut crosswise in half

Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing for later use. Place chicken in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with remaining dressing. Place sage leaves in chicken breast cavity. Season chicken with salt.
Step 3
Roast chicken 15 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add reserved dressing; mix lightly.
Step 4
Reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Scatter onions, apples and lemons around chicken in roasting pan. Return to oven. Roast additional 1-1/4 hours or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove pan from oven; cover. Let stand 10 min.
Step 5
Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and apples before serving.
