1 tsp. each paprika and curry powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
6 chicken leg quarters (2 lb./900 g)
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon, halved
1/3 cup Kraft Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Combine spices and brown sugar; rub on chicken. Add chicken, onions and garlic to roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Squeeze juice from lemon halves and combine with dressing; pour over chicken. Add lemon halves to pan.
Step 4
Bake chicken 30 min. or until done (165ºF).
