1 lb. (450 g) beets, trimmed
1/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place beets on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Cool 10 min.
Peel beets; cut each into chunks. Place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.

When handling cooked or canned beets, it's easy to stain your hands and cutting board a bright pink from the juices. To prevent this, wear disposable latex gloves when handling cooked beets and cut them on a large glass or ceramic plate rather than a cutting board.
