1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spread cauliflower and chickpeas onto bottom of rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with garlic and crushed pepper. Drizzle with oil.

Bake 30 min.

Transfer to serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
