5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
3 Tbsp. tahini
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spread cauliflower onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring after 15 min. Cool slightly.
Process chickpeas, tahini, garlic, hot sauce and remaining dressing in food processor until smooth. Add cauliflower; use pulsing action to process until smooth.

Serve with fresh vegetable dippers, such as green beans, carrot sticks and/or celery sticks.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
If hummus is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until hummus is of desired consistency.
This flavourful dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 days before serving.
