5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
3 Tbsp. tahini
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spread cauliflower onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
Step 3
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring after 15 min. Cool slightly.
Step 4
Process chickpeas, tahini, garlic, hot sauce and remaining dressing in food processor until smooth. Add cauliflower; use pulsing action to process until smooth.
