1-1/2 lb. (675 g) fingerling potatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cheese, pepper and oil; mix lightly.
Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 40 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 30 min.
Mix Miracle Whip and mustard until blended. Serve with potatoes.

For more flavour, toss potatoes with 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper in addition to the cheese, black pepper and oil before baking as directed.
