1 head garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 loaf Italian bread (680 g), cut lengthwise in half

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Cut thin slice off top of garlic, exposing tops of all cloves; place on sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until garlic is very soft. Cool 5 min. Reduce oven temperature to 400ºF.
Squeeze garlic cloves from skin into small bowl; mash with fork. Add butter; mix well. Stir in cheese; spread onto cut sides of bread. Place, cut-sides up, on baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
