4 skin-on salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 tsp. each white and black sesame seed
2 lb. (900 g) baby bok choy
1/2 lb. (225 g) shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Place fish on one side of rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Mix dressing and ginger; brush 1/2 tsp. onto each fillet. Combine sesame seeds; sprinkle over fish.
Step 3
Toss bok choy and mushrooms with remaining dressing mixture; place next to fish on baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 10 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, stirring vegetables occasionally.
Step 5
Serve fish with vegetables.
