1-1/2 lb. (675 g) sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into wedges
3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp. dressing in large bowl; spread onto bottom of parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 40 min., turning occasionally and drizzling with remaining dressing after 30 min. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chives and garlic until blended.
Step 4
Place potatoes in serving bowl. Add paprika; mix lightly.
Step 5
Serve with mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
