Mix rosemary and 3 Tbsp. dressing until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Meanwhile, cut peppers into 1-inch pieces, then cut onions into 1/2-inch-thick wedges; place in medium bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly. Spoon onto large sheet of heavy-duty foil; fold to make packet.
Step 3
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Step 4
Grill chicken and vegetable packet 6 to 8 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
