These marinated chicken breasts grill alongside a packet of colourful red and yellow peppers, and onions for a built-in fresh veggie side dish with the easiest clean-up. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are so fuss free - just marinate them quickly and they will be flavourful and juicy off the barbecue. You may even want to double the recipe so you have extras for lunchtime the next day!

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 each red and yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion

Step 1
Mix rosemary and 3 Tbsp. dressing until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut peppers into 1-inch pieces, then cut onions into 1/2-inch-thick wedges; place in medium bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly. Spoon onto large sheet of heavy-duty foil; fold to make packet.
Step 3
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Step 4
Grill chicken and vegetable packet 6 to 8 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
