Our Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich is a great way to use up last night's leftover chicken. Layered with baby spinach, red onions, roasted peppers and fresh tomato slices, this chicken sandwich is so much better than the deli take-out counter!

1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
8 fresh spinach leaves
1 red onion slice
60 g rotisserie chicken, sliced
1/2 roasted yellow pepper, sliced

Spread 1 bread slice with Miracle Whip.
Fill bread slices with remaining ingredients.
