1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 onion, cut into thin wedges
1 small yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut lengthwise in half
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1 cup tightly packed baby arugula

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add peppers and zucchini; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are golden brown and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes and olives.
Step 3
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12x9-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Fold over edges of dough to make 1/2-inch-wide rim. Brush with remaining dressing; top with vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Bake 10 min. Top with cheeses; bake 8 to 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Top with arugula.

Special Extra
Add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to cooked vegetable mixture in skillet along with the tomatoes and olives.
