1 rutabaga, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/4 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. onion powder
12 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

Heat oven 375ºF
Step 2
Cook rutabaga in boiling water in covered saucepan 45 min. or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl; mash until smooth. Add Miracle Whip, egg, flour, baking powder and seasonings; mix well.
Step 3
Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cracker crumbs.
Step 4
Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
