3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

1 Tbsp. each zest and juice from 1 lemon, divided

1 egg, beaten

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Mix 1 cup Miracle Whip, garlic, dill, lemon juice and 1 tsp. zest until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
Combine remaining Miracle Whip and lemon zest with egg, onions, parsley, mustard and pepper in medium bowl until blended. Add salmon; mix well.
Step 4
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs and butter in separate bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. salmon mixture; turn to evenly coat with crumb mixture. Shape into ball; place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining salmon mixture, placing balls 1 inch apart on baking sheet; flatten with spatula to 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 5
Bake 10 min. on each side or until salmon cakes are golden brown on both sides. Serve with Miracle Whip mixture.

Both the Miracle Whip sauce and salmon patties can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before baking the salmon patties as directed.
