1-1/3 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup Renée's Cucumber & Dill Dressing
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 lemon, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 450°F.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Meanwhile, place 1 fish fillet on centre of each of 4 (8-inch) parchment squares; brush with dressing. Fold parchment to make 4 packets.
Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet.
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Remove fish from packets. Garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve with rice.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Renée's Vinaigrette.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
If you don't have parchment paper, you can instead wrap the fish in foil squares sprayed with cooking spray.
