1-1/3 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup Renée's Cucumber & Dill Dressing
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 lemon, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Cook rice as directed on package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place 1 fish fillet on centre of each of 4 (8-inch) parchment squares; brush with dressing. Fold parchment to make 4 packets.
Step 4
Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Step 6
Remove fish from packets. Garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve with rice.
