3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
2 skinless salmon fillets (1/2 lb./225 g)
1 leek, white part cut lengthwise into thin matchlike sticks
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add salmon; cook on medium heat 10 to 12 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork, turning after 6 min. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Heat remaining dressing in same skillet. Add leeks; cook 4 min., stirring frequently. Add garlic and pepper, cook and stir 1 min. Stir in chicken broth; cook 2 min. or until most of the broth is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return salmon to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Drizzle salmon with lemon juice.
