3/4 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
187 g (about 3/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth, divided
4 small skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 red pepper, chopped
3 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper and 2 Tbsp. chicken broth until blended.
Step 3
Cook fish in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Transfer fish to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 4
Add red peppers to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Add spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
Step 5
Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture along with the remaining broth; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Top with fish and feta cheese; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.

Substitute 3/4 lb. (340 g) uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp for the salmon, cooking it 2 to 3 min. or until they turn pink.
