Our Salmon Souvlaki is a simple fresh twist on a classic recipe. With only three ingredients: salmon, sun-dried tomato and oregano dressing and fresh lemon, our recipe couldn't be any easier to make. It's the perfect dish to serve on a busy weeknight.

1 lemon, cut in half

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Thread fish onto 8 small skewers; place in shallow dish. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing; turn to evenly coat fish with dressing. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, cut 1 lemon half into 4 thin slices, then cut each slice in half.
Grill fish 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning and brushing with remaining dressing after 5 min.
Place fish skewers on platter. Squeeze remaining lemon half over fish; top with lemon slices.

Serve with pita bread and a romaine wedge salad.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh oregano before serving.
