How do I make it ?
Spread half the bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with layers of half each of the spinach, peppers, salmon and shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
Beat next 5 ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Cover with foil. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Heat oven to 375ºF. Bake strata, covered, 1 hour or until centre is set and top is lightly browned, uncovering after 30 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
