1 skinless salmon fillet (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine spinach, pesto and dressing.
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface; roll out to 12-inch square. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet.
Spoon half the spinach mixture onto half the pastry; top with salmon and remaining spinach mixture.
Brush edges of pastry with egg. Fold pastry in half; press edges together with fork to seal. Cut several slits in top of pastry to permit steam to escape; brush with any remaining egg.
Bake 30 min. or until pastry is golden brown.
