How do I make it ?
Beat eggs and cumin in small microwaveable bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) 1-1/2 min. or until egg mixture is almost set, stirring every 30 sec. Cover. Let stand 30 sec.
Spoon evenly onto muffin halves.
Top evenly with Singles, salsa and tomatoes.
