4 slices whole wheat bread
4 tsp. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
2 slices deli reduced-sodium ham (50 g), cut in half

How do I make it ?
Place 1 bread slice between 2 sheets of parchment; roll to 1/4-inch thickness with rolling pin. Cut off and discard crusts. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
Spread bread slices with cream cheese product; top with Kraft Singles and ham. Roll up, starting at one short side of each.
Cut each into 4 slices.
