4 bone-in pork loin centre chops, (1 lb./450 g)
1 tsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce

How do I make it ?
Cook chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in barbecue sauce; bring just to boil, stirring occasionally.
Return chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until chops are done (160ºF) and heated through, turning after 3 min.
