1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 pkg. (85 g each) ramen noodle soup mix, any flavour
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese

How do I make it ?
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers, tomatoes, water and dressing.
Remove Flavour Packets from soup mixes; discard or reserve for another use. Add Noodles to meat mixture in skillet; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Top with cheese.

Saucy Chicken Ramen Skillet
Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the ground beef.
Combine the leftover ramen flavour packets with 1/2 cup eachPhiladelphia Cream Cheese Product and sour cream. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve as a dip with your favourite crackers and/or vegetable dippers.
