1 untreated cedar plank (14x7x1 inch)
1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 skinless salmon fillet (2 lb./900 g), 1 inch thick

How do I make it ?
Immerse plank in water, placing weight on top to keep it submerged. Soak 4 hours.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Place plank on barbecue grate. Heat 5 min. or until plank starts to crackle and smoke. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients except oil and fish until blended.
Brush plank with oil; top with fish. Brush with ketchup mixture.
Grill 15 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
