4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (170ºF).
Add onions, peppers, broth and dressing. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove vegetables from skillet, place on serving platter. Top with chicken, sauce and cheese.
