1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can (540 mL) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, mushrooms and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF), turning chicken and stirring vegetables after 5 min. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving vegetables in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.
Step 2
Add tomatoes to skillet; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with chicken.
Step 3
Combine cheeses; sprinkle over chicken. Cover; cook 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
