1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Chinese eggplant, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 pkg. (900 g) frozen fully cooked meatballs
1 jar (650 mL) Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
1/4 cup water

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Combine vegetables and garlic in large bowl. Add oil; mix lightly.
Step 3
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Add meatballs, pasta sauce and half the cheese; mix lightly.
Step 4
Add 1/4 cup water to pasta sauce jar; cover with lid, then shake jar to remove any pasta sauce remaining in jar. Add to meatball mixture; mix lightly.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until meatballs are heated through (160°F) and vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
