2-1/2 cups Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. each dried oregano and dried thyme leaves
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Chili Style Red Kidney Beans, rinsed
1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
2 yellow peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until blended. Pour 1-1/2 cups tomato juice mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Brown meat with onions, oregano and thyme in large skillet, stirring occasionally. Add remaining tomato juice mixture; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in beans, rice and corn; cover. Simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; place, filled sides up, in prepared baking dish. Cover.
Bake 45 min. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 15 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
