Your favourite pepper steak comes out of the skillet, and goes into the oven. We've dressed up a simple steak with an easy, flavourful dry rub, broiled it perfectly in the oven and served it with a quick to prepare, yet impressive pepper topping to give it a special, authentic steakhouse kick.
