1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage
2 cups finely chopped broccoli rabe
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 egg white
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 refrigerated lasagna noodles
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

How do I make it ?
Remove casing from sausage, if necessary; crumble into small square ovenproof skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli, onions and pasta sauce; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
Mix egg white and ricotta until blended.
Remove half the sauce from skillet; reserve for later use. Place 1 noodle over remaining sauce in skillet; cover with ricotta mixture. Top with remaining noodle, reserved sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Add 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley to ricotta mixture before using as directed.
If you don't have a square ovenproof skillet, cook the sauce in a regular skillet instead. Then, assemble lasagna in 1.5-L rectangular baking dish and bake as directed.
