1 each orange, red and yellow pepper
1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. water

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard ribs and seeds. Place peppers, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
Step 3
Remove casings from sausage, if necessary; crumble sausage into large skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook on medium heat until sausage is evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan.
Step 4
Spoon sausage mixture into pepper halves; top with mozzarella. Add water to baking dish; cover.
Step 5
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and filling is heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.

Make Ahead
Assemble recipe as directed but do not bake. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time if necessary until peppers are crisp-tender and filling is heated through.
