200 g Italian sausage
6 small flour tortillas
6 eggs
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups tomato sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Remove sausage casings, if necessary. Crumble sausage into nonstick skillet; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Step 3
Spray every other cup in 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Use kitchen shears to make cut in each tortilla from edge to centre. Overlap cut edges of tortillas, then press onto bottoms and up sides of prepared muffin cups. Spray with additional cooking spray.
Step 4
Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and pepper until blended; stir in onions. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly into tortilla cups; cover with egg mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 22 min. or until centres are still soft, but no longer moist. Cool in pan 5 min. Microwave tomato sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through; stir. Spoon over filled tortilla cups.
