1 red pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1/4 cup cashews, chopped

Cook and stir first 4 ingredients in half the dressing in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or just until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 2
Add remaining dressing; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Top with nuts.
