1 pkg. (450 g) frozen pre-rolled puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
1/2 cup Classico Basil Pesto di Genova
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1 egg, beaten

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Unroll 1 pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board; cut into 4 squares. Prick centres with fork. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 3
Spread each pastry square with pesto to within 1/4 inch of sides; top with cheese.
Step 4
Gather 2 opposite corners of 1 pastry square at top; pinch points together to seal. Repeat with remaining 2 corners of same pastry square, firmly pinching all points together at top of pastry square to seal. Repeat with remaining pastry squares. Brush with egg.
Step 5
Bake 16 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
Step 6
Cut in half to serve.
