How do I make it ?
Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until blended.
Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min. or until egg mixture starts to set, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.

Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives or green onions as the egg mixture begins to set.

Microwave margarine in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave 6 min. or until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring every 2 min.
