2 sweet potatoes (1 lb./450 g), peeled, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tuna steaks (1 lb./450 g), 3/4-inch thick

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp. dressing and maple syrup. Using a slotted spoon, spread wedges on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet; reserve remaining syrup mixture. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until tender, stirring in remaining maple syrup mixture after 15 min.
Step 3
Brush tuna with remaining dressing. Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. per side or until desired doneness is reached.
