2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
1/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda, spices and salt. Beat 1 cup sugar, ketchup and oil in large bowl with mixer 2 min. until blended. Add molasses, egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Step 3
Shape dough into 48 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each ball. Roll in remaining sugar; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges of cookies are golden brown and tops are cracked. Cool 2 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
