1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 lb. (450 g) baby okra, trimmed, cut lengthwise in half
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except lemon juice; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or just until okra is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Uncover skillet; cook on medium heat 7 to 10 min. or until okra is dry. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
