Mix barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lime zest and sesame oil until blended. Add half the barbecue sauce mixture to bread crumbs, cilantro, onions and egg; mix well.
Add salmon to bread crumb mixture; mix lightly. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties. Spray large piece of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; place on barbecue grate. Top with salmon patties.
Grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until burgers are done and golden brown on both sides, brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
Serve in buns.

Omit buns. Serve salmon burgers on a bed of torn mixed greens drizzled with your favourite Kraft or Renée's Vinaigrette.
Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over the grilled burgers. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers, radishes and pickled ginger.

Instead of chopping the salmon by hand, cut it into chunks, then use the pulsing action of your food processor to process it until coarsely chopped.
