220 g soba noodles, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
3 cups small broccoli florets
1/4 lb. (115 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Renée's Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat half the oil in large deep skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned. Spoon meat into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 min., adding garlic for the last minute. Add teriyaki sauce; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return meat to skillet; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Step 4
Drain noodles; place in large bowl. Add meat mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Substitute whole wheat spaghetti or 3 cups hot steamed rice for the soba noodles.
