Stir-fry mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Add celery, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 min. Stir in snow peas; cookand stir 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
