2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Italian Coating Mix

COMBINE soup and milk in 13 x 9 in. (3 L) baking dish. Stir in vegetables and rice.
Step 2
SHAKE chicken in SHAKE'N BAKE Coating Mix. Place chicken on top of rice.
