1 can (14oz/284mL) pineapple tidbits, with juice
1 can (14oz/284mL) chicken broth
4-5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COMBINE rice, ground ginger, pineapple tidbits in juice with juice and chicken broth in a 13 x 9 inch (2.5L) casserole dish.
Step 2
COAT chicken as directed on package. Arrange in a single layer over rice mixture. Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over chicken.
Step 3
BAKE uncovered at 375°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
