1 lb. boneless turkey breast, cut into 1 inch wide strips

How do I make it ?

COMBINE coating mix, coconut and curry powder on plate.
Step 2
DIP turkey fingers into egg, then coat with coating mixture.
Step 3
BAKE at 400°F 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
